Our client, the Asset Management division of a well-known company within the GCC region, manages assets across institutions, advisory clients, and individuals. They are seeking a high-potential Sales Support associate to join their process-driven and client-oriented team. The role offers significant responsibility within a highly reputable organization.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Project management of RFPs & DDQs
  • Updating marketing materials, pitch decks, and the CRM
  • Handling ad hoc projects and client requests
  • Producing high-quality client deliverables to support the Sales team in their sales and fundraising efforts
  • Providing general administrative support to team members

Necessary qualifications, experience, and competencies:

  • 2-5 years of experience within Asset Management; experience in Client Service, Sales Support, or internal Investor Relations is advantageous, preferably covering the GCC or EMEA regions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Team-player with a collaborative approach who can help drive projects to completion
  • Positive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Attention to detail and strong written communication skills
