A Room Attendant supports all Housekeeping and Laundry operations, handling guest requests efficiently by analyzing each request and delegating tasks among team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

What will I be doing

As a Room Attendant, you will support all aspects of Housekeeping and Laundry by delegating daily activities within the hotel. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Maintaining high operational standards in Housekeeping and Laundry as per hotel brand standards
• Monitoring the appearance and performance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork
• Providing excellent guest service
• Managing room availability and release for guest service, in coordination with Floor Housekeeping Supervision
• Controlling department operations, including key management, incident reporting, uniform and linen inventory
• Checking guest information in CRM daily to meet preferences and requests timely
• Requesting flowers and embroidery for special occasions and linen decoration for weddings and other events
• Managing monthly Lost and Found and donations
• Checking uniforms for cleaning or repair
• Coordinating departmental document and personnel traffic, and managing linen releases daily
• Handling guest clothing releases for laundry service daily
• Closing monthly Laundry expenses and supplies
• Replacing Laundry Attendants during holidays, days off, or absences
