Role Overview
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and drive company growth through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 - 6 years of sales experience in Power Transmission and Engineering products, especially in couplings, pulleys, belts, and gearboxes. Prior experience in the UAE/GCC region is preferred.
KPIs: Achieving sales targets, improving customer retention, increasing revenue through upselling, nurturing client relationships, and fostering team growth.
