Role Overview

Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and drive company growth through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive growth through market analysis.
  2. Team Leadership: Coach, motivate, and provide feedback to the team, ensuring skill enhancement through training and development.
  3. Customer Management: Build strong client relationships, enhance customer retention, and identify upselling opportunities.
  4. Performance & Reporting: Track metrics, forecast sales activities, and leverage data insights for informed decision-making.
  5. Business Development: Identify new opportunities, drive market expansion, and represent the company at industry events.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align sales strategies with other departments and contribute to strategic planning.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 - 6 years of sales experience in Power Transmission and Engineering products, especially in couplings, pulleys, belts, and gearboxes. Prior experience in the UAE/GCC region is preferred.
