This position is based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  1. Qualify and develop leads through strong communication and discovery, remembering you are the first point of contact with a client and the face of LinkedIn.
  2. Develop strong sales skills and techniques through LinkedIn's Sales Academy training program.
  3. Build collaborative relationships with your Account Executives to strive for mutual success.
  4. Plan and prioritize your accounts effectively using LinkedIn's platforms and insights.
  5. Take intelligent risks to identify inefficiencies and improve processes.
  6. Maximize your personal development through coaching sessions with your manager and team.
  7. Be target-driven to reach and exceed individual and team results.
  8. Maintain our culture and values when interacting with customers, colleagues, and partners.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 12 months experience in sales or a target-driven environment.
  2. Fluency in Arabic and French.
  3. Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in SaaS sourcing or lead generation, preferably in the technology industry.
  2. Experience working with CRM platforms.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills.
  4. Ability to manage time autonomously, prioritize tasks, and handle ambiguity.
  5. Ability to use data to inform decisions and persuade others.
  6. Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with attention to detail.
