Business Development Representative (BDR)

As a BDR, your primary responsibility will be to generate quality leads and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to build relationships with potential customers in the F&B and Retail industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Customer Outreach: Conduct a customer visit daily within your assigned areas to source and generate potential leads.
  • Educate Prospects: Provide potential customers with detailed information about Omega Software's products and services while building a rapport.
  • CRM Management: Capture, update, and maintain customer information and lead details in our CRM system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Addressing Customer Queries: Respond promptly to customer questions, overcoming objections by understanding Omega Software s value propositions.
  • Meet Sales KPIs: Achieve a monthly target of generating qualified leads and contributing to the sales team s efforts in closing deals.

Requirements :

  • Experience: 0-2 years in business development, sales development, or a relevant role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the F&B or Retail industry preferred for easier access to decision-makers.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to use various sales techniques, including cold calling and sales presentations.
  • Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Flexible: Willingness to work outdoors and travel to assigned areas.
