The Role

We're looking for a Consultant to join on a commission-only basis. Your focus will be on targeted lead generation and managing inbound enquiries no cold calls required. Phone conversations come in only when leads are qualified and ready.

This role starts with a six-month trial period, giving both you and the company time to ensure it's the right fit. During this time, you'll build your pipeline, earn commissions, and prove your value. After six months, we'll review and discuss the possibility of a more permanent setup.

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage potential clients via cold email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Manage and nurture a simple sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
• Handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, and move prospects forward
• Jump on calls only when leads show genuine interest or are qualified
• Collaborate with the team to tailor proposals as needed

Who You Are

• You've worked in a commission-based or remote sales setup before (doesn't have to be extensive, but you know the ropes)
• Skilled at writing clear, engaging outreach messages
• Self-motivated and well organised
• Comfortable using basic CRM tools or spreadsheets
• Confident on the phone when the time comes
• Preferably familiar with digital or creative services sales, but not essential

Commission

You'll earn commission on every closed deal, with bi-weekly payouts.
