General Manager – Broker Channel Partner

Job Purpose :

To lead and drive the growth of the broker and channel partner network for HJ Real Estates in Dubai, ensuring high-volume sales, excellent partner relationships, and adherence to company goals. This role focuses on managing broker networks, increasing market penetration, and delivering consistent sales targets through third-party intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture broker / channel partners across the UAE.
  • Build a robust partner ecosystem that delivers consistent and high-quality leads and bookings.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through channel partners.
  • Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align campaign objectives and broker initiatives.

Relationship Management :

  • Build strong long-term relationships with top-performing brokers and key influencers in the market.
  • Organize broker meets, incentive schemes, and recognition programs.

Performance Monitoring :

  • Track partner performance, maintain sales dashboards, and optimize the broker pipeline.
  • Identify gaps in partner performance and initiate corrective measures.

Training & Enablement :

  • Regularly train broker partners on HJ Real Estates' project portfolio, USPs, legal framework, and sales processes.

Compliance & Documentation :

  • Ensure all broker agreements, commissions, and compliance protocols are followed.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely partner payouts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that affect channel sales.
  • Share insights with leadership to inform strategy.
