About the Role:

We are hiring for a leading retail group in the UAE seeking an accomplished Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operational control across its furniture division. This role requires a forward-thinking CA with proven expertise in financial leadership, supply chain finance, and logistics control within a furniture or large-format retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the furniture vertical.
• Drive financial visibility and control across the supply chain, including procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with logistics and SCM teams to ensure cost efficiency, working capital optimization, and accurate landed costing.
• Monitor product margins, pricing strategy, and SKU-level profitability.
• Implement strong internal controls across all warehousing and distribution operations.
• Prepare monthly MIS, variance analysis, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
• Support ERP and system improvements related to finance and logistics integration.
• Lead a team of finance professionals across operations, compliance, and business partnering.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12–18 years of experience.
• Must have led finance for furniture, home retail, or hard good.
• Deep understanding of logistics finance, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational mindset.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC market is highly desirable.
