Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer Solar Mounting Structures

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic TechnicalSales Engineer with engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our steel, aluminum, and solar mounting structures while also handling structural drawings and calculations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to support clients with tailored solutions and ensure the integrity of our structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel, aluminum, and solar mounting structures market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Technical & Engineering Support:

Create structural drawings for mounting solutions using AutoCAD or similar software.

Perform structural calculations (e.g., STAAD Model, weight distribution, wind load, material strength).

Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and durability.

Assist clients with technical specifications and compliance requirements.

Work closely with the production team to ensure feasibility of designs.

Market & Industry Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and competitor offerings.

Suggest improvements and innovations in product design and functionality.

Experience:

• 1-3years

Languages:

• English & Arabic.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, STAAD PRO, or similar design software.

Strong understanding of structural calculations and material properties.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings if needed.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of solar industry standards and regulations.

Experience in steel and aluminum fabrication.
