Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • This role involves shaping how the world perceives Canadian University Dubai (CUD). You'll:
  • Lead integrated marketing, communications, branding, and PR strategies across all channels.
  • Develop and implement student recruitment plans aligned with enrollment targets and the academic calendar.
  • Partner with Admissions to design recruitment funnels, from lead generation to yield management.
  • Oversee outreach activities: educational fairs, campus visits, info sessions, and partner relationships.
  • Create recruitment collateral (print, digital, video) tailored to diverse markets.
  • Manage CRM/SIS tools to track inquiries, applications, and conversion metrics.
  • Set and monitor KPIs: inquiry volume, application rate, conversion rate, yield, and retention.
  • Coordinate digital recruitment campaigns (SEM, social ads, email nurture) to drive qualified leads.
  • Supervise the recruitment team: hiring, training, performance reviews, and budget management.
  • Represent CUD at local and international recruitment events; brief leadership on market trends.
You're probably a match if you have:
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in marketing, branding, or PR, with at least 3 years in higher education recruitment.
  • Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets and optimizing recruitment funnels.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/SIS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Slate, TargetX).
  • Established network with school counselors, education agents, and community partners.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable interpreting recruitment data and adjusting tactics.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for recruitment activities.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; Arabic or French is advantageous.
