Salesforce Account Executive - Egypt

Salesforce is seeking an experienced, dynamic Account Executive to manage Accounts in Egypt.

The Middle East region is a growth engine for the EMEA business unit, functioning as a dynamic start-up within a larger organization.

Based in our new Dubai office, the Account Executive will primarily focus on building new revenue streams through targeted new logo pursuits in Egypt.

This role is a core position within Salesforce, working alongside other internal Cloud and Partner AEs to lead and oversee overall account management. Your Mission
  • Manage medium to large, complex, highly visible, greenfield accounts across various industries in Egypt.
  • Lead the entire sales process to meet key performance metrics, with a focus on new business development and expanding existing accounts.
  • Engage with prospects to position Salesforce solutions through strategic, value-based selling, including business case development, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
  • Interact effectively at the C-level and navigate organizational structures strategically.
  • Coordinate across teams such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners to drive account strategy.
  • Create and promote strategic initiatives where none previously existed.
  • Forecast accurately and achieve revenue targets.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience selling to commercial or enterprise organizations in Egypt.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas in recent roles, with at least 5 years of experience selling into commercial or enterprise accounts.
  • Preference for recent experience in the software industry, especially cloud solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to nurture client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, risk-taker, and driven to succeed.
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication.
  • Skilled in developing strategic account plans for top-tier clients.
  • Ability to sell both applications and platform deployments.
  • Excellent at managing C-level and line-of-business relationships.
  • Effectively utilizes internal and external networks.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to strategize and close complex deals.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Additional evaluation will consider leadership roles, military service, volunteer work, etc., aligned with role requirements.
