Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von visuellen und physikalischen Inspektionen von Gummibändern.
• Dokumentation von Inspektionsergebnissen und Abweichungen.

Job description

Job Purpose: To carry out inspection and testing activities at various stages of rubber belt manufacturing, ensuring that all products comply with company standards, customer specifications, and quality control procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct visual, dimensional, and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished rubber belts. • Verify product conformity according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Perform routine tests such as tensile strength, hardness, adhesion, elongation, and thickness measurement. • Record and report inspection results, deviations, and non-conformities in appropriate formats. • Segregate and label non-conforming products, and report issues immediately to the QC Manager. • Ensure proper documentation of inspection and testing records. • Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. • Calibrate and maintain measuring instruments and testing equipment as per the schedule. • Monitor the production process to ensure consistent product quality. • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and order in the inspection and testing areas.

Key Requirements: • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or related field. • 2-4 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in a rubber, polymer, or industrial manufacturing environment. • Knowledge of inspection techniques, measuring tools, and testing procedures related to rubber belt products. • Basic understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems. • Good attention to detail, reporting skills, and ability to work under pressure. • Familiarity with rubber material properties and testing equipment is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in a rubber belt or conveyor belt manufacturing company. • Training in quality inspection or ISO systems. Should be based in UAE and available for immediate joining.
