Job Responsibilities:
  1. Serve tea and coffee to staff and visitors.
  2. Clean the office kitchen daily.
  3. Dispose of trash, waste, and disposable materials responsibly.
  4. Monitor the use of office equipment and supplies.
  5. Address queries or requests from visitors and employees.
  6. Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  7. Dust furniture, light fixtures, windows, and bathrooms daily.
  8. Wash windows as scheduled.
  9. Follow safety precautions during housekeeping services.
  10. Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.
  11. Be willing to perform tasks outside the office as required.
  12. Demonstrate activeness, attentiveness, and responsibility.
  13. Assist with menial office tasks as needed.
  14. Ensure the cleanliness of the office premises and kitchen.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must have own visa.
