Job description

•Monitor and control the BMS system to ensure efficient and reliable operation of building services, including HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems.

•Respond to system alarms, diagnose issues, and coordinate with maintenance personnel for corrective actions.

•Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on BMS-related equipment.

•Ensure all building automation and energy management systems function correctly and meet operational requirements.

•Generate daily reports on system performance, faults, and corrective measures taken.

•Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and HVAC system malfunctions through BMS monitoring.

•Maintain accurate records of system configurations, alarm logs, and maintenance activities.

•Collaborate with AMC team, technicians, and third-party vendors for system upgrades and repairs.

Desired Candidate Profile

•Diploma /ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, instrumentation or electronics or a related field.

•4-5 years of hands-on experience as a BMS Operator in a commercial or industrial setting.

•Basic knowledge of BMS software and hardware systems (Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls, or equivalent).

•Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

•Proficiency in troubleshooting building automation and control systems.

•Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and emergency callouts.

Preferred Skills:

•Certification in BMS operation or related fields is an advantage.

•Basic understanding of IT networks related to BMS integration.
