We are hiring for full-time on-site roles for Bartenders! Join our team at The CULLINAN, Dubai's newest fine dining destination at Marsa Al Arab.

We're looking for world-class Bartenders who are passionate about mixology and thrive in a high-energy, luxury environment.

Our beverage program at The Cullinan features storytelling cocktails, a table-side cocktail trolley, and over 350 exclusive wine labels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-end cocktail bars or fine dining venues;
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine;
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience;
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills;
• WSET Level 1 or 2 certification is a bonus.
