Sales Representative Job Description

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure end-to-end business needs, create new accounts, generate new business opportunities, and maintain existing customer relationships.
2. Focus on Wholesale and Retail segments.
3. Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate solutions to make sales.
4. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via in-person meetings, calls, and emails.
5. Act as the point of contact between the company and its existing and potential customers.
6. Negotiate agreement terms and close sales effectively.
7. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
8. Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide quotations to customers.
9. Utilize negotiation skills and creative selling abilities to close deals.
10. Build and maintain a customer database for the Wholesale and Retail segments.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or similar in Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the UAE market; experience in Food & Beverages sectors is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate prices and terms agreeable to both parties.
• Hold a UAE driver’s license and/or own a vehicle.
