Job description

• Collate reports and information contributing to the effective implementation of AVSEC Compliance & assurance.
• Provide administrative and technical support in the implementation of AVSEC Quality Control Programme and audit framework to oversee compliance with all internal and external departments and stakeholders. This will include items for audit coverage and yearly audit plans to ensure ongoing regulatory oversight, ensuring initiation of Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action(s) Protocol action plans to satisfy closure of internal/external audit findings. Ensure all operational and regulatory requirements are within scope and covered in audit plans/schedules, roadmaps.
• Provide administrative support in following-up with EK Hub to obtain root cause, corrective and preventive actions on all overdue findings, escalating as necessary to senior management.
• Utilise of the Quality Control & Assurance electronic systems, Q-PULSE database, and audit tools. Maintain operational KPI reporting dashboard and produce monthly KPI reports. Provide data analytics in support of comprehensive reports and KPIs.
• Provide administrative support in assessing standards against defined Programmes and in league with competitor standards, helping the Department in improving service standards to match or exceed. Provide support in presentations to report trends and areas for continual non-compliance.
• Assist in Conducting audit on Contracted and Authorized Representative Security Service Providers within and outside the Emirates Group. Ensure business partners and stakeholders comply with all AVSEC regulatory and AVSEC quality control & assurance requirements as needed.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• 3+ Years experience in Security (General)
• 12 Years schooling or equivalent

You'll have an edge if you have:

• Experience in Aviation Security / Security Assurance Knowledge/skills.
• Strong knowledge of national and international aviation security regulations such as TSA, ICAO etc.
• Experience in security audits and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
