Overview :
The Head of Streamer Relationship Management is a new and senior role within the core commercial team. The primary objective is to develop and implement a global streamer relationship strategy to enhance brand visibility within the streaming community in the iGaming industry. This senior position reports directly to the leadership of the Commercial Team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop & drive the company's commercial streamer relationship strategy: Define, create, and execute a comprehensive streamer strategy that increases exposure & brand dominance across all product verticals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with leading streamers and content creators, acting as their main point of contact to meet their engagement needs.
- Commercial negotiation: Present the streamer value proposition to key clients to promote streamer marketing and streaming tools.
- PR Management: Monitor streams for potential issues or challenges faced by streamers, define escalation processes, and collaborate with marketing, legal, and leadership teams to mitigate challenges and negative stories.
- Team management: Manage a team engaged with iGaming streamers and their audiences.
Other Responsibilities :
- Formulate streamer engagement strategies to increase brand visibility within the gaming community.
- Manage relationships with key streaming platforms aligned with our strategy.
- Collaborate with streamers to design and execute promotional campaigns for slots and live casino games.
- Provide streamers with marketing materials and support for authentic content creation.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and merchandise options.
- Identify and monitor over 800 streamers, tracking live broadcasts to stay engaged with their content and communities.
- Seek out new streamers and explore partnership opportunities to grow our network.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in gaming and streaming sectors.
- Collect and analyze data on streamer performance to evaluate engagement and effectiveness.
- Use tracking systems to assess marketing campaign success and implement data-driven improvements.
- Participate actively in team meetings, sharing updates and ideas related to streamer engagement and marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements :
- Senior leader with commercial experience understanding operators, game suppliers, and streamers.
- 7+ years in the iGaming industry, preferably in senior account management or VIP/high-value player management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of analytics and ability to generate data reports with actionable recommendations.
- The role is full-time, based in Gibraltar, Malta, or the UAE, with possible alternative locations. Streaming experience is not mandatory but knowledge of platforms and processes is important.
