The Role

We’re looking for a data-savvy problem solver to join our People team as an HR Data Analyst. If you love making sense of data, spotting trends, and turning insights into impact, this role is for you.
At Tabby, our people are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you’ll help us understand, measure, and improve the entire employee experience from hiring to retention and beyond.

  1. Build and maintain clear, insightful dashboards and reports across the employee lifecycle.
  2. Analyze HR data (hiring, attrition, engagement, performance) to uncover insights.
  3. Partner with HR, Finance, and Leadership to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
  4. Track key HR metrics (time-to-hire, attrition, headcount growth, DEI stats) and identify trends early.
  5. Ensure data quality across HR systems and help streamline and automate reporting workflows.
  6. Conduct deep-dive analyses and present findings in an actionable manner.
  7. Serve as the go-to person for all HR analytics-related inquiries.
Minimum Requirements
  1. 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, people operations, or a related data role.
  2. Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and storytelling with data.
  3. Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS), BigQuery, and visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  4. Natural curiosity and keen eye for patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
  5. Strong communication skills to simplify complex findings.
  6. Bonus: experience in startup, tech, or fintech environments.
