Job description

THE POSITION

We are looking for an Executive Assistant for a period of 6 months. This position will be responsible for supporting and providing assistance to the General Manager and the Management Team. Key responsibilities include carrying out secretarial, organizational, and project-based tasks, as well as coordinating activities across all functions to ensure efficient execution. This position reports to the General Manager/Head of Human Pharma NEUAE (Near East & UAE Operating Unit).

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Personal Assistant to the General Manager and ad hoc assistance to the Leadership Team (LT)
  • Coordination of meetings, travels, and general assistance as required
  • Planning, coordination, and documentation of management meetings, including follow-up
  • Ensure efficient team management through coaching and task coordination aligned with business expectations
  • Organization of meetings/events and ad hoc assistance to the LT as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Ability to understand business and employee needs
  • Flexibility and agility to manage organizational changes and pursue continuous improvements
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and openness to online tools
  • Results-oriented with project leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open-mindedness and ability to build and maintain relationships
