The Job
Job Purpose:
- To identify, affiliate, and onboard big tickets (Hotels, Corporates, Events, and Weddings).
- Accountable for Business Development & Client relationship management.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads, evaluate, and qualify prospects.
- Follow up regularly to nurture relationships with current contacts and new prospects.
- Develop business with existing vendors and build a clientele base for category expansion.
- Identify areas for development and propose strategies accordingly.
- Develop long-term business strategies and foster growth in key areas.
- Submit daily reports on meetings, follow-ups, cold calls, and contracts to the reporting manager.
- Create weekly/monthly forecasts and reports on market performance.
- Maximize networking opportunities through regular meetings and surveys to expand contacts.
- Perform MIS reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The Profile
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numerical data.
- Highly goal-oriented and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
- Willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
