The Job

Job Purpose:

  • To identify, affiliate, and onboard big tickets (Hotels, Corporates, Events, and Weddings).
  • Accountable for Business Development & Client relationship management.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads, evaluate, and qualify prospects.
  • Follow up regularly to nurture relationships with current contacts and new prospects.
  • Develop business with existing vendors and build a clientele base for category expansion.
  • Identify areas for development and propose strategies accordingly.
  • Develop long-term business strategies and foster growth in key areas.
  • Submit daily reports on meetings, follow-ups, cold calls, and contracts to the reporting manager.
  • Create weekly/monthly forecasts and reports on market performance.
  • Maximize networking opportunities through regular meetings and surveys to expand contacts.
  • Perform MIS reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
The Profile
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numerical data.
  • Highly goal-oriented and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
  • Willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
