Currie & Brown Senior Project Manager Role – Abu Dhabi

Currie & Brown is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in hospitality and mixed-use developments to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will lead reasonably complex projects, manage project stakeholders, and provide leadership to the project team.

What will you be doing?

• Accountable for delivering small to medium-scale projects within budget, quality, and time metrics.
• Define and oversee project delivery, establishing plans and control mechanisms to ensure effective execution.
• Lead the project team and manage performance within the Currie & Brown team.
• Oversee and manage the scope of work for consultants and contractors.
• Utilize financial systems to plan, schedule, and track budgets, highlighting variances to control project delivery.
• Apply industry best practices to review and improve project processes and policies, providing insights for senior management.
• Collaborate across the organization to support project delivery and meet customer expectations.
• Advise senior management on project progress and issues, offering subject matter expertise.
• Present project risks and issues with mitigation strategies to senior managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to keep all parties informed of project status and expectations.
• Contribute to Currie & Brown’s vision through project execution.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Project management certification or accreditation.
• Experience leading projects, both pre- and post-contract.
• Proven leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
