What You Will Do
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, table assignments, and walk-in guests efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about the restaurant, menu, and reservations.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and care.
- Assist in managing the waiting list and providing accurate wait time estimates.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What You Will Bring
- Previous experience in the same role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in front-of-house operations in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in reservation software and basic computer skills.
