Job Description
We are looking for a Female HR Coordinator with the following requirements:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Ability to work and perform with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent administrative and customer service skills
- Excellent English speaking, writing, and reading skills
- Presentable appearance (professional look); a recent photo (taken within the last 6 months) reflecting your current appearance is required
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operations of the HR department
- Manage recruitment of all required manpower
- Source potential candidates through various channels (ESAT website, online platforms, etc.)
- Screen and conduct initial interviews with shortlisted candidates before submitting documents to the respective line manager
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment records
- Organize and maintain all HR documents systematically and timely
- Prepare and process documents for staff visa applications, work permits, insurances, and other necessary documentation
- Enhance organization by organizing the HR system
- Manage the HR module in ESAT ERP
- Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge
- Work closely with and report directly to the CEO
Other Responsibilities:
- Prepare recruitment requisition forms as required
- Plan and manage the entire recruitment process
- Send job offers and respond promptly to applicants
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, staffing, training, performance monitoring, and employee counseling
- Handle mobilization and demobilization of manpower
- Arrange employee accommodation in camps
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate data
- Prepare management letters such as promotions, NOCs, salary certificates, memos, etc.
- Book air tickets for staff and recruits
- Prepare leave request forms, employee evaluations, and other necessary forms
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare clearance documents, including End of Service Benefits forms
- Arrange meetings as needed
- Manage petty cash for HR processes
- Handle additions and deletions in group medical insurance
- Serve as the point of contact for new employee inquiries
- Handle complaints and grievance procedures appropriately
- Perform any other tasks related to work; flexibility is essential
