Job Title: Production Engineer - Steel Structure Fabrication

We are seeking a qualified Production Engineer with a background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's) to lead our steel structure fabrication factory.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Technology/Engineering in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Master of Technology/Engineering in Production or Industrial Engineering.
2. Nationality: Indian, Bangladeshi, Filipino, Pakistani.
3. Gender: Male.
4. Experience in steel structure design, estimation, and drawing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the operations of the structural steel fabrication factory.
• Oversee all steel structure fabrication and erection activities.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design and quality assurance teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Manage production schedules and resource allocation to maximize throughput.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate production performance and identify improvement areas.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices, machinery operation, and safety procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements.
• Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and optimize processes.
