Job Description:

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the event management, exhibitions, and entertainment sectors requiring scaffolding and temporary structure solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with event organizers, production companies, contractors, and corporate clients to secure repeat business.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to offer customized and compliant scaffold-based solutions for events and temporary installations.
  • Project Coordination (Pre-Sales): Liaise with project managers and site supervisors during the planning phase to ensure feasibility and accuracy of offers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Event Management, or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven UAE experience in business development, preferably in events, scaffolding, or temporary infrastructure services.
  • Must have valid UAE Driving License.
