Job description

Senior Project Manager Developer

The Senior Project Manager Developer will be seconded to the client and will act as a development manager on various real estate development projects within the UAE.

Your proven success in delivering building projects will enable you to execute the following key responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage governance, communication, and management control systems for the proper conduct and delivery of the client's essential services and works.
  2. Review organizational structures of involved parties and recommend alignment measures.
  3. Monitor team performance and initiate safety or performance improvement measures as needed.
  4. Audit compliance with management system requirements and report accordingly.
  5. Identify project risks and actively manage mitigations.
  6. Conduct weekly technical and progress meetings related to services and works.
  7. Manage client stage gateway reviews and ensure conditions for approvals are met.
  8. Oversee design stage deliverables to ensure schedule and quality, especially in fast-track projects.
  9. Visit sites as required to review HSSE logistics and progress against the programme.
  10. Produce formal progress reports against baseline, milestones, and KPIs.
  11. Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project reports for the Employer's representative.
  12. Manage relevant contracts to protect the client's interests.
  13. Ensure timely issuance of invoices and receipts as per contract.
Qualifications

Essential:

  • Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or an equivalent technical qualification
  • Experience working on behalf of end users in development projects
  • Experience in stakeholder management and real estate development
  • Exposure to authority approvals
  • Recognized project management qualification
  • Strong leadership and reporting skills
  • Arabic language skills are optional
  • UAE experience is mandatory
