Unispace real estate, a rapidly expanding real estate brokerage company, is seeking highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Consultants (Off Plan and secondary) to join our dynamic team.

Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional with a passion for real estate Do you have a proven track record of successfully selling projects to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) in the UAE market

Role and Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into sales.

Market Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market trends, competitive landscape, and project developments to effectively advise clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with investors, understanding their unique investment objectives and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek out potential clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Presentation and Communication: Articulate the value proposition of our projects, leveraging persuasive communication skills and impressive presentations to engage and excite potential investors.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns, promotions, and strategies to boost sales performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 6months of proven sales experience in real estate.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
