To manage day-to-day warehouse operations at the branch, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and coordination with internal teams for smooth supply chain flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle stock receiving, binning, picking, dispatching, and replenishment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update new part locations
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies or damaged parts
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and filing systems
- Coordinate with parts sales, logistics, and main warehouse teams
Requirements:
- High school diploma; vocational or bachelor's in logistics/supply chain preferred
- At least 2 years of warehouse/inventory experience
- Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel
- Strong organization, communication, and inventory control skills
Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch warehouse operations independently
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely order replenishments
- Organize and categorize incoming parts by assigning them to designated storage locations (bins) within the warehouse
- Accurately select and prepare parts for customer orders or internal requests
- Oversee the packing and shipping of goods to customers or other branches
- Maintain accurate records of new parts as they arrive, updating their locations in the ERP system
- Regularly perform perpetual inventory counts to verify stock levels against recorded data
- Organize and manage both physical and digital filing systems
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize losses due to theft, damage, or obsolescence
- Promptly report any discrepancies found during inventory checks or damaged parts upon receipt
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Work proactively to streamline warehouse processes
- Collaborate effectively with the parts sales team, main warehouse team, and other departments such as procurement and logistics
