Minimum qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Broad range of HR knowledge, exposure to CoE disciplines and local employment law.
  2. Experience implementing large-scale HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
  3. Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
  4. Ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive market priorities.
  5. Effective problem solving skills, critical thinking and analysis skills, with demonstrated communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and optimize country specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.
  2. Be responsible for executing the critical Human Resources (HR) requirements in the country, and ensure local compliance.
  3. You will be responsible for designing process and program improvements to address local business needs, design and plan the rollout of service changes.
  4. You are willing to take thoughtful risks, iterate quickly, and are ready to work side-by-side with an amazing team of Googlers driving alignment across different functions.
