We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, specializing in sourcing and hiring top talent for white collar positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and the ability to engage with professionals across various industries to fulfill our department's hiring needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for white collar roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with department managers to understand their hiring requirements.
  3. Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
  4. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the right fit.
  5. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate feedback.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  7. Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks relevant to white collar positions.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably focused on white collar or professional roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the UAE job market and employment regulations (a plus).
