Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans.

1. Timely communication and follow up with Site Engineer/Project Manager for requirements and smooth operation of site.
2. Producing schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
3. Allocating general and daily responsibilities.
4. Oversee materials usage and its handling to prevent damages and loss; if any discrepancies are found, direct apply penalty to prevent such activities in the future.
5. Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.
6. Recommend innovative ideas to execute works in a cost-effective manner while adhering to prescribed specifications and agreements.
7. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
8. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
9. Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
10. Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.
11. Resolve problems when they arise.
12. Report on progress to managers and engineers.
