Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality AI models across a broad spectrum of numeric and text analytics.
2. Understand the practical scope of the AI models within the products.
3. Use modeling techniques including data acquisition from diverse sources, data exploration, feature engineering, evaluating algorithms/architectures, and deploying models iteratively to improve solutions.
4. Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.
5. Preprocess structured and unstructured data.
6. Build and fine-tune models.
7. Propose solutions and strategies to address business challenges.
8. Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams for deployment.
9. Contribute to the team’s research activities.

AI / ML

1. Develop and integrate algorithms/packages into the platform.
2. Add new ML models to the SAAL platform marketplace.
3. Work closely with Product, Support, and Success teams to understand customer needs and contribute to the successful rollout of tools into trials and general availability.

Communication

1. Utilize state-of-the-art tools, techniques, and methods to deliver technical presentations to peers, leadership, sales teams, clients, and prospects.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance solution architecture, implementation plans, delivery models, and cost efficiency.

Related Assignments

1. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Certifications in relevant technology streams are preferred.
3. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.

Job-Specific Skills

1. Demonstrable experience in theory and applied areas of Machine Learning / Deep Learning.
2. Experience developing pipelines for both structured and unstructured data.
3. Working knowledge of applied NLP (offline LLM utilization is a plus).
4. Practice with Deep Learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
5. Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, R.
6. Experience in REST API development and Dockerization.
7. Strong coding skills with appropriate data structures.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Experience working with educational or finance datasets is encouraged.
10. Self-motivated with a desire to build innovative solutions or algorithms.

Language: French is a plus.
