Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless flow of service from the bar to the dining area while maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Manage inventory and supply chain logistics, including ordering, stock management, and vendor relations to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract a diverse clientele, including social media campaigns and local partnerships.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and adhere to service standards through ongoing development.
  • Establish and enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws and promoting a safe and hygienic environment for staff and patrons.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing sales trends to drive revenue growth and cost control.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among staff members.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
