We are seeking a Group Analyst to join our Product team. This team collaborates across disciplines to develop products that bring our community together in meaningful ways.

What you'll do:
  1. Analyze data from multiple sources to understand business challenges and support leadership decision-making.
  2. Identify trends in auction campaign performance and promote best practices within the account management team.
  3. Provide insights, reports, and actionable recommendations to influence client success and business growth.
  4. Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences to support decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports focused on advertiser performance and product development.
  6. Identify and scope projects that impact revenue, proposing strategies to achieve objectives.
  7. Share industry insights to inform Snap's market positioning and strategy.
Knowledge, skills & abilities:

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing PPC, programmatic, or paid social campaigns analytically.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Pivot Tables, VLookups, formulas).
  • Intermediate SQL skills (filtering, joins).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Expert SQL knowledge.
  • Intermediate Python or R skills.
  • Proven ability to generate measurable insights from data.
  • Experience storytelling with data for non-technical audiences.
