We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative - Emiratisation for our client, based in their Dubai Office.

Job Location: Dubai Investments Park

Purpose

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring satisfaction through professional and efficient interactions.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle all customer contacts (inbound and outbound emails, faxes, chats, calls) professionally, addressing queries related to products, applications, pricing, stock availability, delivery status, and coordinating with field personnel.
  2. Manage customer complaints effectively, providing First Contact Resolution whenever possible, and follow up on open issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain accurate and complete Customer Master Data in the SAP system, including new accounts, project locations, and contact details.
  4. Encourage the use of multiple sales channels to enhance customer engagement and support multi-channel system integration.
  5. Support field personnel by providing timely and detailed communication, gathering sales leads, and arranging customer visits.
  6. Act as a central point of contact, liaising with technical sales, key account managers, technical support, after-market service, credit, logistics, and product management to deliver quality customer service.
  7. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, including administrative duties, sales support, and productivity improvements.
