The company is investing to accelerate growth in the UKI region, and we're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead and mentor a team of enterprise sellers. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow a new territory, demonstrate leadership, and achieve significant sales results. We are looking for a candidate with the right characteristics, approach, and growth potential to build a rapidly expanding business, collaborate with an extended team, and develop sales talent.

You will help our customers advance digital innovation by:

  1. Setting strategy and performance targets for Mendix in the UKI, focusing on increasing ACV, acquiring new logos, and driving overall growth in collaboration with Siemens Digital Industry Software, Partner Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Services teams.
  2. Establishing key metrics, measuring success, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing specific measures in the short and mid-term.
  3. Leading by example, empowering your team, fostering collaboration, and focusing on our value proposition. You will also participate in customer meetings and help expand our market reach.
  4. Gathering market feedback and communicating insights to the product team to support continuous product development.
