Job description

Job Title: Finance and Admin Officer

Job Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Request Creation: Assist in raising and tracking purchase requests (PRs) in Oracle Fusion for marketing-related activities.
  • Payment Coordination: Follow up with internal teams on invoice status and ensure timely/end-end processing of payments.
  • Documentation & Marketing Calendar Maintain organized records of PRs, POs, invoices, contracts, and approvals for audit and compliance purposes. Also support to maintain marketing calendar for major events and sponsorships. Support manager marketing Finance in all tasks as assigned for reporting and analysis
  • Expense Tracking Support: Help track marketing expenses and budget utilization.
  • Internal Communication: Liaise with marketing subfunctions & internal teams including contracts, procurement, finance, and other departments for operational follow-ups and basic process support.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Coordinate the events calendar and related logistics
  • Support general team coordination activities and communications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • 2+ years' experience in finance, procurement, or a similar role, preferably within a marketing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of financial or procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or ERP tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
