Job Description
Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward customers' strategic business and other organizational objectives.
Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
Establish the overall success criteria for a project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
Responsible for effectively initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing, and delivering all activities for projects and related release initiatives.
Review and approve all project documentation.
Risk Management & Issue tracking for managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
Experience and Skills
5 years relevant experience managing and delivering projects of various complexity levels.
Project Management Skills:
Proficient in spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), presentation (MS PowerPoint), project scheduling (MS Project), workflow (MS Visio), e-workspace (SharePoint Portal Server 2003).
Excellent planning, communication, verbal, written, presentation skills, and report writing skills are essential.
Personal and Qualification
Qualification: Qualified to Degree level with one or more of the following Project management certifications: Certified CAPM and/or PMP Certified and/or PRINCE 2 Practitioner.
