Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for luxury fashion and a strong understanding of the resale market. You'll play a key part in ensuring our online store reflects the same high standards as our physical locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and managing incoming luxury stock, including authentication support, condition assessment, and categorization

Help create and maintain high-quality product listings on our Shopify store, including photography coordination, writing engaging descriptions, and accurate pricing

Support day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product visibility and availability

Collaborate with the retail and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth integration between physical and digital inventory

Contribute to customer service efforts related to online inquiries and purchases

Stay informed about trends and pricing in the luxury resale market to support competitive product positioning

Qualifications:

Previous experience in e-commerce or digital retail, ideally within the fashion or resale sector

Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms

Strong organizational and communication skills

Interest and knowledge in luxury fashion, designers, and authentication processes

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail environment
