Job Title: Outdoor Sales Engineer - Water Pumps

Job Description

The Pump Technical Engineer will be responsible for outdoor sales, designing, developing, and testing pumps and related equipment. The role involves analyzing data, creating detailed technical specifications for new products, and identifying areas for improvement in existing products. Providing technical support to team members and customers is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

1. Generate new customer orders and increase sales.
2. Follow up with customers for new business requirements and acquire new clients.
3. Support design, development, and testing of pumps and related areas.
4. Analyze data and create technical specifications for new products.
5. Identify improvements for existing products.
6. Provide technical support to team members and customers.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
8. Collaborate with engineers and team members for successful product installation.
9. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
10. Conduct site visits and field work around UAE.
11. Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
12. Generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and build client relationships.
13. Participate in business events and seek new sales opportunities.
14. Achieve annual sales targets and report progress regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with all types of pumps (water, solar, centrifugal, etc.) and technical data knowledge.
• Previous experience in pump design and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with mechanical systems.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Tally, and other relevant tools.

• UAE Driving License is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
