The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

About noon Food

Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy for noon food.
  • Define and articulate the brand’s positioning, messaging, and value proposition in the market.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and in-store materials.
  • Work with designers and creative teams to ensure that all visual elements of the brand (e.g., logo, packaging, website, etc.) reflect the brand’s identity and appeal to the target audience.
  • Oversee the creative development of marketing collateral, including advertising campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Develop initiatives to increase brand visibility and awareness, both online and offline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all company communications.
  • Train internal teams on the brand’s identity and ensure adherence to branding standards.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the food and beverage or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end brand campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with market research, data analysis, and customer insights.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
