Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the marketing strategy for Arabic-speaking countries, with a focus on sustainable growth and regional presence.
  • Working directly with influencers, content creators, eSports, paid media, social networks and local events.
  • Map opportunities for partnerships and activations on platforms relevant to the Arab gamer audience.
  • Work with translators and local resources to ensure quality and cultural consistency in communication.
  • Interacting with the gamer community, understanding its particularities and creating relevant actions.
  • Evaluate performance metrics together with the data team to optimize results and scale strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (required).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Arab market, especially the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and other players in the region.
  • Experience in marketing, partnerships, content or events aimed at the gamer audience.
  • Good planning, execution and autonomy skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics and using data to make decisions.
  • Passion for games, online communities and gamer culture in the region.

Differentials

  • Previous experience with influencers or media campaigns in the MENA region.
  • Experience with digital or SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of the main platforms in the region (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, etc.).
