As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Business Analyst (Zoho) to bridge the gap between IT and business requirements. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze and improve existing business processes.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assist in project planning and execution.
  • Communicate effectively between business units and technical teams.
  • Create and maintain project documentation (BRDs, user stories).
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and support to end-users.

To join our team, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are a plus in Zoho or any CRM platforms.
  • Working under pressure and providing solutions to business needs after studying the system.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving capability.
  • Result oriented.

Language skills:

  • English.
  • Any other language is desirable.
