Job Purpose (as per JD):

The role is responsible for supporting front-line staff in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong store operations. This includes training, assisting with escalations, and improving customer service practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-the-job support for front-line staff
• Monitoring compliance with customer service standards
• Handling escalated customer issues
• Supporting customer service improvement projects
• Enhancing product and service knowledge
• Providing feedback to senior management

Candidate Profile Requirements:

• Must be presentable, with strong communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Must have a car
• Preferably from a retail customer service background
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience: Previous experience in retail/customer service preferred
• Basic IT proficiency (MS Office, retail systems)
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and attention to detail
