Job description

As a Managing Director Global Premium Services, dnata Airport Operations, you will provide global strategic leadership, vision, and operational direction for dnata's Premium Services, ensuring growth, profitability, brand reputation, and operational excellence in the airport premium services vertical. You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies for premium product service lines, including Lounges, Meet & Greet, Off Airport Services, and Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), while leading the digitisation strategy to support the premium services business.

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy to expand and solidify the company's position as a leader in premium airport services. Lead collaboration in Premium Services offerings with a unified dnata approach across divisional and regional airport operations.
  2. Drive premium revenue, EBITDA, and financial contribution targets by identifying and establishing new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance premium services offerings.
  3. Create, develop, and maintain strong relationships with airports, airlines, regulatory bodies, and key clients such as aggregators, credit card companies, and banks.
  4. Develop strategies to ensure dnata's competitive advantage in winning premium services tenders by differentiating products based on quality, service, and commercial propositions.
  5. Evaluate and review premium products to ensure they meet service and brand standards, continually enhancing customer experience through feedback analysis, industry trends, and innovative product design using data and insights.
  6. Support regional and local teams in implementing business development opportunities by sharing insights on global market trends and deploying products and services accordingly.
  7. Define the global innovation roadmap for premium services, supporting monetisation models via Proof of Concept exercises and focusing on technological innovation.
  8. Develop and oversee commercial contracts to align with company objectives and regulatory requirements, collaborating with legal, finance, and business development teams to draft, review, and negotiate favorable terms supporting strategic goals.
