Position Overview

We are seeking an outstanding individual to support the Middle East as a Technical Architect. The Salesforce Cloud Technical Architect is a pre-sales, customer-facing expert with broad technical skills, industry knowledge, and deep business acumen. They support sales teams in developing Salesforce value propositions aligned with customers’ digital transformation and cloud adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business planning and strategy development
• Become a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, Architects, and other senior IT leaders
• Present Salesforce technology infrastructure, demonstrating deep familiarity with platform capabilities, security, and integration
• Understand customer needs and position Salesforce products as optimal solutions
• Conduct architecture and technical workshops, including enablement sessions
• Manage technical due diligence and risk assessments
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute programs and initiatives
• Assist sales in responding to RFPs and technical requirements
• Participate in training and certification to maintain expertise
• Mentor junior technical resources

Minimum Qualifications

• Multi-year experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture
• Understanding of cloud platform principles, including SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, and multi-tier infrastructure
• Fluency in Arabic and English
