Job Title: IT Sales Executive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of selling software and hardware products such as Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Adobe, Dell, HP hardware, etc.
- Industry certifications like Microsoft MS100, AZ100, Dynamics 365, Cisco Networking, or other cloud certifications are preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Indian languages; Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new sales leads in the UAE market.
- Sell a diversified portfolio of products including:
- Data Centre Solutions: Dell servers, network switches, backup solutions, etc.
- Networking Solutions: Cisco routers, switches, UniFi switch solutions.
- Professional Services: Computer repair, software troubleshooting.
- Backup Solutions: Acronis, Veeam.
- Office CCTV Solutions.
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium and above.
- Microsoft Copilot solutions for individuals, departments, and organizations.
- Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics 365.
- Microsoft Teams PBX / Teams Telephony.
- Video conferencing and interactive display boards.
- Website development, domain, and web hosting.
- AMC contracts for remote and onsite engineers.
Negotiate and close sales contracts.Coordinate with technical teams for tailored solutions.Provide feedback on customer requirements and industry trends.Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports.Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Achieve and exceed sales targets.Additional Details:
