Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in allocated Sales Opportunities acting as Bid Manager of the Presales process.
  • Ensure each request to the Pre-sales team is picked and qualified properly.
  • Monitor the progress of all activities and tasks and report them to the presales manager, making sure they are completed on time.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to prospective clients.
  • Provide end-to-end sales support to a global presales team. Tasks may include contributing to proposals/RFPs, preparing, and presenting solution demos, consolidating cost estimations.
  • Use his/her Banking expertise to define and prepare the SOW.
  • Provide in-depth and solid answers to questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP).
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry advancements.
  • Support Business Development team with various product and concept-based presentations with the help of marketing teams to various customer meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Comfortable in customer facing roles and internal coordination with global teams.
  • Perform other job tasks assigned to him/her by the management in relation to their competence and professional responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in presales or technical/business consulting within the banking or fintech industry.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of core banking solutions, digital transformation, and related technologies. Islamic Banking is a plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional organization, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel
  • Languages: Fluent Arabic and English are a Must. French is a plus
