Job Description

Role: Customer Relationship Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi - Ghyathi

Role Purpose:

Managing products and service functions related to Institutional Banking customers to ensure the delivery of quality service, uphold the positive image of ADIB, maintain operational controls, and pursue continuous improvements in financial services and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deposit account documentation: Handle inquiries related to deposit accounts, including opening and closing accounts, ensuring proper completion of forms, observing KYC policies and CB instructions.
  2. Finance account documentation: Handle inquiries related to finance and covered cards, maintain customer files, prepare finance applications, obtain necessary approvals, input data into the system, and ensure proper form completion.
  3. Sales - Management of service delivery: Promote and cross-sell ADIB's products and enhance ADIB's brand image.
  4. Staff Management and coordination: Manage subordinates, plan their training and appraisals.
  5. Perform other tasks as specified by management.
  6. Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required:
  • Broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products and services
  • Thorough understanding of ADIB's Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures
  • Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank and other authorities
  • General awareness of competitors in the local market
  • Fair knowledge of service standards
